貴重なご意見をありがとうございます。
おっしゃるように確かにWindows Vista/7 までは 下記の通りのMicrosoft のデコーダがデフォルトで入っていましたが、Windows 8以降は標準でデコーダーが搭載されなくなっている事は事実ですので、良く調査して文章の修正を考えさせて頂きます。

これは事実と異なります
Windows8以降はWindowsDVDレコーダーがありませんので「Microsoft DTV-DVD Video decoder」が無いということです
